About this opportunity

Welcome to the QA Team PL 3A team. We add value by by working with big amounts of data to provide best information for end users.  As Senior Test Automation Engineer you’ll play a valuable role in in agile team by developing/maintaining existing automated test framework, developing new features in automated tests for CCPHUB and UTIM applications, you will also be responsible for solution and business requirements analysis, proposing appropriate way of implementation, testing and releasing application.

What you’ll be doing:

• Automated test cases implementation in coordination with developers and test manager
• Supporting test manager and IT Analysts in gathering and managing test data needed for automated testing
• Monitoring, debugging and documenting test results
• Proactively driving improvements to automated test coverage
• Involvment in all stages of testing process development, from time to time manual testing

You’ll join an international team of colleagues with a variety of backgrounds and skills. We work closely with business experts, architects and infrastructure specialist in designing our future direction. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have general testing knowledge (e.g. level of ISTQB Foundation) 
• Have good communication skills to easily clarify requirements with business with good English 
• Have a will to constantly improve your competences

Your experience and background: 

• Have experience with test automation and you are proficient in Java programming language
• Junit, Spring Boot, REST API proficiency
• Good SQL knowledge 
• Knowledge of Docker
• Fluent in using GIT
• Experience with continuous integration tools like Bamboo or Jenkins
• Experienced in implementing BDD approach and familiar with tools like Cucumber/Gherkin

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of performance testing tools like jMeter
• Basic knowledge of Apache Kafka
• Basic knowledge of Selenium Webdriver
• Basic knowledge of Spar
