Main goal of the position is to deliver to clients Oracle OAS BI solutions according their needs for 17 countries.
Product Owner – Business Intelligence Area
Location: mazowieckie / Warszawa
You will be reporting to the Business Owner of Business intelligence Area.
Main duties:
- Lead the Product team
- Gathering all needs from users and from Business Owner
- Understanding user story and ticket preparation to be clear for team members including Definition of Done
- Negotiate with clients and priority tickets with understanding ’Ticket Weight | Business Value’
- Help the team to solve issues and deliver what is agreed with coordination
- Mid-term planning and informing team and clients what we will do and what we have done
- Work coordination with other Product Teams Owner
Needed competencies:
- Fluent Polish and English language
- High motivation to achieve results as a team not as an individual
- Good ear to listen internal client’s needs
- Best organizational skills to shape a cycle of work in area
- Best communication skills with business and technical persons
