Currently we are looking for a Accounts Payable Coordinator / Senior Associate to join our finance team in the Warsaw office.
Accounts Payable Coordinator / Senior Associate

Tasks:
- Managing all processes and systems within Accounts Payable area
- Managing internal projects
- Management and knowledge of the internal financial and accounting system
- Analysis of unusual transactions and resolving financial issues
- Ensuring efficient workflow of accounting documentation
- Cooperation with SSC
- Team leader role
Profile:
- Previous experience (+4 years) in the accounts payable or financial accounting area
- Good knowledge of financial processes and accounting standards
- Experience in managing projects, processes and teams
- Ability to work with different stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Experience of building relationships with internal clients
- Analytical thinking
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about work, good team-player
- Fluent in English
