We are looking for you if:
  • You are experienced in building lean awareness and improving processes in large organizations, especially from IT, financial and telecommunication sector,
  • You use in practice various tools related to process mapping and process improvement, with focus on waste elimination and automation,
  • You are experienced in creating a system of coherent efficiency reporting and continuous improvement in the organization,
  • You are certified Black Belt / Green Belt expert,
  • You facilitate workshops, both in remote and office work environment, with participants and stakeholders at all levels of the organization,
  • You work efficiently in an international environment,
  • You can influence others and convince them to your ideas, in order to achieve business goals,
  • You are a team player,
  • You speak English at B2 level (min.).
You'll get extra points for:
  • Participation and organization of conferences, meetups and other events promoting lean mindset.
