  • Good spoken and written English, level C1;
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Product Owner;
  • Extensive experience in business analysis and establishing as well as communicating the business scope;
  • Ease of acquisition of information from various sources (oftentimes having to conduct interviews with members of the team and stakeholders to attain information not previously documented);
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, great attention to detail (key information has to be well communicated and understood on both basic and technical levels);
  • Presenting information in a comprehensive manner for both business and for technical persons;
  • Scrum / Agile methodology knowledge;
  • Creating business documentation and preparing user stories;
  • Project management software (JIRA, Asana, etc.);
  • Resilience and understanding the dynamics of market change;
  • Unique and creative approach to creating solutions;
  • Present a thorough yet balanced understanding of both tech and business;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Presentation skills.

Challenges for you:
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews;
  • Conducting knowledge acquisition and transferring sessions with the product team;
  • Identifying and establishing the business requirements with stakeholders;
  • Creating and prioritizing the product backlog;
  • Leading backlog refinement sessions;
  • Planning iterations and sprints with the product team, developing the product roadmap and keeping its progress on-time;
  • Providing decisions for the product team with regards to the product vision and its direction;
  • Producing high quality products on time in cohesion with the product team;
  • Working with relevant teams to prepare the product for launch and coordinate its launch;
  • Maintaining a high quality of the product and improving its quality as the product goes into operation;
  • Reviewing usage data and inferring how the product can change or can be prepared to overcome needs and issues of customers;
  • Managing stakeholders’ expectations and devising solutions that will satisfy business needs effectively;
  • Conducting presentations to stakeholders and the team.

2. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu:

a. realizacji toczącego się procesu rekrutacji na stanowisko wskazane w ogłoszeniu,

b. prowadzenia przyszłych rekrutacji (jeśli wyraziła Pani/wyraził Pan zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych na potrzeby przyszłych rekrutacji);

3. Podanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do celów o których mowa w pkt 2;

4. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przechowywane do czasu wygaśnięcia roszczeń związanych z procesem rekrutacyjnym na stanowisko wskazane w ogłoszeniu.

W przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych dla potrzeb przyszłych rekrutacji, Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w okresie 2 latod przesłania aplikacji lub do czasu wycofania zgody;

5. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz ich poprawiania, sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawodo przenoszenia danych oraz prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego w przypadku, gdy przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych narusza przepisy;

6. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do: wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie, przy czym cofnięcie zgody nie ma wpływu na zgodność przetwarzania, którego dokonano na jej podstawie przed cofnięciem zgody. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane aż do ewentualnego wycofania zgody na przetwarzanie danych w procesie rekrutacji, nie dłużej jednak niż do wygaśnięcia ewentualnych roszczeń związanych z procesem zatrudnienia;

7. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO oraz art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.
