Global KYC Data Data Scientist / Data Analyst [rekrutacja online]

We are looking for you if:
  • You are able to interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports,
  • You have experience with statistical inference (e.g. predictive analytics, clustering, Machine Learning Algorithms),
  • You are experienced programmer, familiar with object orientated programming language such as Java, Scala (ideally) or Python,
  • You are familiar with data processing (ETL), parsing and data quality,
  • You have had exposure to fraud, financial crime, customer insight or compliance-based environments that utilise detection / predictive models,
  • You are able to explain and present analytical results,
  • You are able to support internal and external customers to meet and understand their needs and expectations,
  • You are fluent in English speaking and in writing.
You'll get extra points for:
  • Understanding of KYC processes ( CDD, transaction monitoring, AML, Screening)
  • Academic degree / Masters / Phd in Maths, Statistics or Computer Science
  • Agile development methodology
Information about squad:


The resource operates in a team responsible for implementation of Advanced Analytics & AI Solutions within the Global KYC Delivery Tribe. The data scientist will closely work with the Data Experts and Data Stewards from Source Systems of Wholesale Bank and Retail Countries, SMEs, product experts and Data analysts from Quantexa or other strategic Analytics Platforms chosen by Global KYC.

Scope of duties:

40%- Perform advance analytics and predictive modelling to set parameters to monitor trade transactions
20%- Develop and implement data collection methods,mechanisms and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
20%- Work closely with Data Stewards / Business Analyst with domain expertise and Product Owner to prioritize business and information needs
10%- Create model documentation
10%- Explaining and presenting analytical results
