We are looking for you if:
  • You have master or bachelor’s degree,
  • You have working experience as a Business Analyst,
  • You have past experience showing the ability to ‘build the bridges’ and you have high collaborative communication skills,
  • You have experience in compliance, regulatory or anti money laundering (AML) including AML related accreditation or certification,
  • You have an ability to assess data to validate if it can be used to achieve defined investigation objectives,
  • You are able to recover from setbacks, learn from critical feedback or failure, and persevere in the face of adversity,
  • You are showing openness to change and altering behaviours in order to work effectively when faced with new information, a changing situation and/or environment,
  • You are able to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions and you have an ability to express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools,
  • You are fluent in English (speaking and writing).
You'll get extra points for:
  • You have experience in Agile/Scrum framework,
  • You have technical skills (advanced Excel, good SQL) and you are familiar with data analysis packages/suites,
  • A proactive, can-do, no surprises and positive mind-set,
  • Experience with analysis of transactional systems in a global landscape,
  • Experience in financial services organizations,
  • 2+ years experience with data analysis.

Information about squad:

Currently, we are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) for the Global KYC Delivery Tribe Lookback Investigations team. The BA plays an important role in the squad on the cooperation between the business and Data Analyst of the team. As a BA you will take an active role in the refinement of the user stories, write documentation (BRDs, FRDs), and support the Product Owner (PO) and squad with your process knowledge, ensuring compliance by design. You refine and guarantee that the business requirements and non-functional requirements are properly translated to the Lookback Investigations team team-members. The Lookback Preparation Squad is part of Global KYC Delivery Tribe organization within ING COO which delivers global solutions across 20+ countries, affecting 36 million ING customers.

Scope of duties
55%- Analysis of transactional data/flows fortransaction monitoring in a global paymentlandscape.
25%- Communicating and aligning with stakeholderson approach and outcomes
20%- Judge and advise on risk & importance ofinvestigation data findings.
