We are looking for you if:
  • You have several years of proven working experience as product owner within a complex organization (KYC / AML / Transaction Monitoring background is a preference),
  • You have a personality and the capabilities to optimally function within an Agile environment,
  • You have strong analytical skills and ability to communicate your views to others,
  • You have experience in enabling, facilitating, guiding and realizing change,
  • You are a team player, leader and motivator with a track record in delivery and monitoring the product in a multidisciplinary, international team with complex objectives, operating in a fast-moving, challenging environment,
  • You have strong communicative, networking and influencing skills,
  • You have good leadership and decision making skills,
  • You are fluent in English speaking and in writing.
You'll get extra points for:
  • Understanding of KYC processes ( CDD, transaction monitoring, AML, Screening)
  • Agile development methodology
  • Experience with the team backlog, reviews and all other related events (Kanban/SCRUM)

Scope of duties
30%- Collaborate with your central product owner and stakeholders in further developing the product vision and translating this into a roadmap
20% - Gather insights on the performance of the platform to improve on delivery, quality and effectiveness
20% - Facilitating, enabling and growing the squad to become a high performing self-organizing squad
20% - Set, prioritize and accept the work delivered, ensuring the most valuable functionality for the user and aligned to the product vision and roadmap
10% - Create and communicate a Product vision and strategy for your Squad
