Devops Specialist
Workplace: Warszawa
Nr ref.: SRWO
Responsibilities:
  • Designing, creating & leading a job orchestration service
  • Participating in the service development and improvement
  • Designing and configuring fully automated DevOps workflows, to facilitate stable and efficient service operations
  • Helping with stabilization of platform e.g. through implementation of enhanced monitoring capabilities
  • Playing the role of an expert supporter for customers (e.g. root-cause analysis of non-standard issues)
  • Providing the technical exchange with open source community and external vendors
  • Integrating with existing enterprise services and frameworks
  • Testing & assessing new product features in close alignment with project stakeholders and customers
  • Closely cooperating within international platform team
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of: Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Apache Airflow
  • Professional background with:
    o Minimum one object-oriented programming language (e.g. Python) and with large software projects
    o Service deployment on Kubernetes
    o Usage or operation of SQL databases
  • Deep understanding of:
    o Relevant mechanisms used to secure web applications
    o IT concepts, especially related to operations, security, distributed systems
  • Capability to quickly and willingly learn new technologies, and to support colleagues in doing so
  • Confidence in working on conceptual level all the way to technical deployment
  • Communicative and open mindset for virtual collaboration in internationally distributed team
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields
  • Readiness to travel
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good Polish and English skills (written and spoken)
