  • Keep up to date with developments, knowledge and processes for the automotive industry
  • Gather and analyze training needs from user, product, engineering and customer success teams 
  • Attend any internal knowledge transfer to stay in line with products and new developments 
  • Create, edit and maintain instructor led content in line with products, user requirements and standards
  • Index and catalogue instructor led content in line with standards
  • Delivery of virtual instructor led sessions for end users across multiple products and domains at planned time
  • Delivery of go live support for new implementations and as requested support product adoption
  • Experience in training delivering via virtual classroom technology
  • Language skills - must have excellent English C1/C2 or higher and other EU language speaker
  • Strong communication skill, especially at language use in clear, brief and simple ways with selected words and a good command of grammar and vocabulary
  • Good facilitation skills able to interact and engage with audience
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with multiple level of person to effectively gather information
  • Quick learner able to grasp and structure large amounts of information and anticipate the end users knowledge gaps
  • Good analytical and questioning skills
