Your responsibilities
- collection and analysis of business requirements in the fields of SAP IS-U Customer Service, Sales&Distribution, Roles&Authorities for development projects and support
- solutions prototyping
- work evaluation
- creation of functional and technical documentation
- configuration and implementation of new solutions
- close cooperation with a team of architects, consultants, programmers and key users
- cooperation with external domestic and foreign IS-U solution providers
- supporting month closing in area SD
- participation in the CSIRE project
Our requirements
- at least 4 years of documented experience in configuring the
- SAP IS-U system in the customer service area: CIC, Customer Information, Processes Execution, Contacts
- Sales & Distribution
- must have good knowledge in areas:
- IS-U data model
- IS-U CIC: CIC0, busines partner concept, connection processes, customer contacts
- Sales & Distribution
- Roles & Authorities
- knowledge about energy and gas market communication on the deregulated Polish market is very much appreciated
- necessary knowledge of ABAP language that allows reading the code, tracking the course of the program as well as simple programming, especially price variants and extensions
- experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
- the ability to think analytically
- knowledge of HANA-Studio, Eclipse and SQL would be great advantage
- good work organization and highly developed interpersonal skills
- flexibility in operation, knowledge of the SCRUM methodology is appreciated
- communicative level of English in speech and writing
- Integration with SAP CRM (middleware, MDT)
