Cash Collector- Subject Matter Expert with English

- Perform audits and overall quality checks across Junior and Senior Cash Collectors,
- Provide high process expertise and serve as primary escalation point,
- Ensure back-up structure and support leadership to run the OTC Operations, Perform quality 1:1s when needed,
- Support team's engagement and ensure a proper work environment,
- Collect outstanding receivables while adhering to client policies and procedures pertaining to Collections as per targets assigned to the role,
- Contact Key Critical agencies, advertisers and all other customers via Phone, Email to collect outstanding debts,
- Escalate any uncollected debts for approval to allocate uncollected balances to Specific Reserve or Write off,
- Resolving customer queries issues, handling insolvency, referring accounts to legal, reducing accounts receivable delinquency and escalate accounts in litigation to manager,
- Provide collection reports including those that measure the process against stated targets, and delinquent customer reports,
- Assist with basic credit assessment, Ensuring that performance service metrics are met and in time.
- Seeking advice and escalating issues which are beyond scope of work
- Expert proficiency of OTC,
- Accounts Receivable and Finance Accounting in general with proven experience, Ability and seniority to work and interact with key critical client's customers, Advanced communication skills in English is a must,
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills,
- Strong verbal and oral Communication and Customer facing skills,
- Positive approach in supporting Customer company needs,
- Goal orientated individual with Strong time and task management,
- Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and Strong Analytical skills,
- Preferred education Degree in Economics Finance
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign languages on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
