PV Project Development Manager

General responsibilities
  • Familiarize with administrative procedures linked with Wind and PV project development, in particular environmental and planning.
  • Familiarize with the issues of the RES markets and projects in Poland.
  • Actively collaborate in executing and developing the project in which he/she participates.
  • Prepare assumptions and inputs required for project development for other departments involved in a form of descriptions, maps and drawings with the use of QGIS or similar software
  • Prepare documentation packages to participate in contests and bids.
  • Analyze the technical feasibility of possible new projects.
  • Give support in the negotiation processes.
  • Manage relations with the Administration.
  • Manage the land for the development and construction of new projects.
  • Maintain the registration and monitoring of the projects progress.
  • Present and elaborates documents effectively in situations of difficulty.
  • Perform the tasks entrusted to him/her with high quality and little supervision.
Expected cometences
  • Technical University Degree or University Degree (preffered environmental protection, local planning or similar profiles). Other profiles also considered: Construction, Economics, Geography, Business.
  • QGIS or similar software training will be a plus but not mandatory.
  • Wind Farm/PV administrative development training will be a plus but not mandatory.
  • General development training in a formal administrative procedures: planning, environmental, building permit will be a plus but not mandatory.
  • General project management training will be a plus but not mandatory.
