IT Project Coordinator (Koorydnator Projektów IT)

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT contractors (formulating requirements, controlling work progress, quality and timeliness)
- Collect business requirements and translate them to technical specification
- Manage implementation and roll-out projects
- Manage key-users structure in the organization
- Manage change management process for SAP
We Elevate... Your Best Self
- At least 3 years experience in project management and in working with scope, schedule, budget, etc.
- Experience in business process mapping and business requirements collection
- Basic SAP end-user experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of IT systems architecture and being able to define such
- Capable of working in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Analytical skills – a capacity for working with details, while maintaining focus on overall objectives
- Proactive mindset
- Good interpersonal (written and verbal) communication skills
- Fluent English and Polish
Optional
- Strong SAP end-user experience
- Working knowledge of Lotus Notes
