• Master’s Degree in one of the following fields: Architecture, Project Management, Building Engineering, Business Management or similar/ equivalent;
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in building design of which 2 years in designing and supervising large scale office projects;
• Proven experience and training in project management;
• Experience in workplace design and change management;
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Design software.

Besides, the following attributes would be considered advantageous:

1. Knowledge of Polish and/or European Building Standards

2. Experience with public procurement in accordance with the Financial Regulation *

• Excellent drafting and communication skills in English (minimum level C1), ability to communicate clearly and precisely to different audiences both orally and in writing;
• Capability to organise and manage work autonomously including the ability to work with several external and internal stakeholders, assess and consolidate inputs, handle and prioritise multiple tasks, under time pressure;
• Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and commitment by demonstrating a constructive, positive and solution-oriented attitude;
