- Managing performance of the Team, focusing on Critical Service Levels and Key Metrics (i.e. Collections Efficiency Index, Past Due reduction %, timely response to customer queries)
- Coaching and mentoring of the Team, especially in the area of customer experience
- Conducting capacity analysis and monitoring recruitment
- Serving as 1st point of escalations for the Client
- Driving projects and analysis on request
- Maintaining Continues Improvement Agenda
- Maintaining good relationship with the Client
- Maintaining relationships with Accenture Teams and partnering functions from other geographies
- 5 years of experience in managing Cash Collections Teams (in large multinational company)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Feeling very comfortable working in constantly changing environment
- Partnering and Collaboration skills
- Finance Accounting degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Microsoft Office Suite
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients
