• Ensuring appropriate support in any kind of PA team activities;
• Encoding data in HR information systems (SYSPER, HRDB, etc.)
• Assisting in the flow of all working documents in liaison with other staff members and units involved (preparing draft certificates, emails, etc.);
• Filing and archiving of documents;
• Support in on-boarding new staff members (preparation of personal files, meeting the newcomers, liaison with the European Commission and other stakeholders involved);
• Supporting in the implementation of the time management rules (absences, leaves, telework, shift work, standby duty etc.) and related tools 
• Assisting in the HR related projects (SYSPER, TiMa).

• Prior experience in Human Resources, especially in the personnel administration
• Very Good knowledge on Microsoft tools (Excel, word and outlook, more specifically)
• Ease in written and oral communication (knowing how to convey ideas and opinions in an assertive way)
• Solution-oriented and pro-active approach
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable in corporate environment
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
• Ability to work in a team
