Candidate profile:
  • Master degree or equivalent in Network or IT area
  • Experience in IP/MPLS Network design or architecture (IP routing, MPLS VPN,..)
  • Experience in software development (Python scripting , Ansible, use of Rest APIs)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD development environment in particular Gitlab and associated tools
  • Knowledge of SDN architecture would be a plus
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
  • Results orientation
  • Good communication skills to be able to negotiate, debate and convince
  • Team spirit
  • Fluent English is mandatory
Team
Duties and responsibilities:
  • End to end architecture and design studies related to IP Transport networks and the automation of the operations for services configuration.This can also require the setup and configuration of Lab proof of concepts.
  • You will work on architecture evolutions in response to country
  • support needs for the deployment of new IP network features or virtualized network functions in Telco IaaS.
  • It will include the architecture, design and development of
  • automation solutions for WAN and Data center Networks in response to Orange countries needs. The solutions can leverage some automation frameworks like Cisco NSO or opensource controller and involve some additional specific development based for example on Python or Ansible playbooks.
  • This work will be done in collaboration with other architects of the team and experts from other teams in Innovation Networks.
