Position goal

To elaborate execution projects of the contracted solutions and to develop methodologies, processes and procedures of planning and control of the installation works, as well as to coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontracted technical teams, ensuring the safety, quality of the work, compliance with work plans. and budgets and optimal use of resources.

Main duties

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontracted technical teams, ensuring safety, quality of work and compliance with work plans and budgets and reporting opportunities to improve customer satisfaction index;
• Ensure the preparation of all follow-up documentation and work reports;
• Ensure duedeligencerequired to implement solar PV project with DSO and local entities;
• Develop execution projects for the solutions contracted individually, coordinating subcontracted teams;
• Develop methodologies, processes and procedures for planning and controlling installation work at the level of execution time, costs and quality assurance / control;
• Plan and program resources manage supplies and project execution and oversee equipment installation work, construction and implementation of solutions for clients;
• Prepare and execute the processes of measurement and verification of Solar Photovoltaic solutions in Customers;
• Ensure the preparation of all follow-up documentation and work reports;
• Ensure the updating of information in corporate systems and promote customer billing;
• Support the selection and negotiation with suppliers of engineering and installation equipment and services.

• Have experience in execution of 300kWp+ PV installations;
• Have experience in RES project development (necessary permits, grid connections);
• Have English at fully communicative level;
• Have experience in project/site management;
• Have wide understanding of RES market.
