As part of the BPO Competence Center at Sii, we are running a project for an international financial institution, in which our team of 20 Junior Data Analysts supports operational business processes of banking systems.

 

Working in project is characterized by high dynamics, the ability to work with data and tools such as Excel. Due to the international dimension of the project, the team mainly works in English.

 

Onboarding will be carried out at office located in the center of Warsaw and after the implementation period it is possible to work remotly.

Junior Data Analyst
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Your role:
  • Updating internal systems, mainly using excel tools
  • Open register accounts on behalf of Client
  • Client's portfolio analysis
  • Transfer data between banking systems
  • Analysis of data discrepancies performed in Excel, with the use of macros
  • Cooperation with transfer agents: opening accounts, document management
  • Work in an international environment - close cooperation with teams from Italy, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates, Sweden, Singapore and Great Britain
  • Ensuring that internal process' deadlines are met
  • Responsibility for ensuring the correctness of data in internal banking systems
Your skills
  • Master degree - preferably graduated from economics or finance
  • Interest in financial markets
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)
  • Analytical skills and Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
  • Flexibility and openness to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Very good English (work in the international environment)
