Financial Planning & Reporting Department Manager (m/f)
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the management reporting processes including preparation of monthly presentations with budget/forecast follow-up, as well as current operational KPIs and developments
  • Coordinate the preparation of yearly budget and periodic forecasts
  • Develop deep understanding of key revenue, cost and cashflow drivers
  • Provide analysis and interpretation of actual performance vs budget/forecast
  • Liaise with Top Management and assist with decision support for new business initiatives
  • Carry out non-standard analysis and participate in strategic planning processes
  • Manage and support the team of Experts/Controllers

Requirements:

  • Master degree in finance with ACCA/CIMA qualification as an advantage
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in finance controlling, audit, consulting, with experience in telecom industry as an advantage
  • At least 3-year experience in team management
  • Fluency in Polish and English with excellent presentation skills
  • Sound knowledge of IFRS
  • Experience in preparation of complex financial models
  • Proactive, curious, self-driven and able to meet deadlines and turnaround quickly with answers
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Cognos TM1 (or similar OLAP cube based system for planning and budgeting) would be a strong asset
