Technical and analytical role that requires competence mix of business analyst, designer and developer for the operations and automations.

• Coordinate work of IT contractors (formulating requirements, controlling work progress, quality and timeliness)
• Collect business requirements and translate them to technical specification
• Develop dataflows, reports and RPA like VBA apps

• Experience in business process mapping and business requirements collection
• Ability to read and create technical documentation
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL language
• Working knowledge on integrations and data flows
• Hands on Microsoft Excel (including VBA and PowerQuery)
• Knowledge of RPA principles
• Basic SAP end-user experience
• Capable of working in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Strong analytical skills – a capacity for working with details, while maintaining focus on overall objectives
• Strong business acumen and proactive mindset
• Good interpersonal (written and verbal) communication skills
• Fluent English and Polish

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps
• Working knowledge of PowerBI and DAX language
• Knowledge and experience in project management and in working with scope, schedule, budget, etc.
