We are seeking a New Business Sales Executive for our office in Warsaw.

The role of the New Business Sales Executive involves the research of projects, clients and client contacts specifically within the growing engineering sector and contracting market in Poland

The successful applicant will on consistently increase their knowledge of the latest industry news and trends and be highly informed regarding the new projects and players within the market.

The role will require the ability and confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders at identified target businesses, and to create relationships and book sales meetings that will lead to revenue generation.

 
Position description:
  • Mapping of projects, identifying key decision makers, cold calling and booking of face to face meetings
  • Building relationships and qualifying opportunities for NES Fircroft, engaging regional teams for sales pitches, and tender responses
  • Driving correct BD behaviors
  • Leading strategic BD activities and reporting on market developments and opportunities to extend our brand and services
  • Working closely with the recruitment teams to ensure quality of delivery to clients
  • Ensuring that all sales activity related to this new sector is correctly documented on the Bullhorn and Cube 19 systems
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a sales role– minimum of 2 years in B2B sales
  • Fluent Polish and good English language
  • The confidence to research, contact, build rapport with and create sales opportunities from scratch
  • Outgoing and gregarious personality with a proven track record in building and developing client relationships.
  • The resilience of being able to handle rejection
  • Strong organisational skills, smart and methodical, demonstrating ability to multi task and prioritise.
  • Team player who can also take initiative and work in an autonomous fashion.
  • Good communicator, articulate with strong external presentation skills (written & verbal).
  • Ambition to quickly rise up the sales ladder and to shine within the company
  • Most importantly, a very positive attitude.
