Your responsibilites:
- Cooperation with property managers and external providers
- Sourcing projects coordination
- Managing accesses to the premises
- Fixed asset managemen
- Proactively driving multiple development and change management projects across the workplace, securing effective and timely execution and proactively following-up on actions
- Analysing and interpreting a range of data and insights to form recommendations and make key decisions on different initiatives
- Supporting Workplace Management’s focus areas and goals

Your experience and background:
- experience in a similar position will be an advantage
