Are you looking for a new challenge and would you like to use your experience in project management in an international and complex project in the field of IT services?
- Project management in the unification and standardisation of international IT services processes in all Strabag BRVZ countries
- Carrying out requirements analyses together with the specialist departments right through to the detailed concept
- Control of the "proof of concepts
- Preparation of decision-making documents
- Target-oriented project planning and always a focus on quality, budget and deadlines
- Management of external service providers and software houses
- Coordination and conception of operating concepts and rollouts
- Support for other IT projects in the group environment and within the framework of digitalisation offensives (IT service, IT infrastructure, application onboarding)
What we expect:
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the IT service environment
- Experience in process management and change management in a large organisational structure
- Very good written and spoken Polish, German and English skills
- Willingness to travel abroad frequently
- Cross-process, entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking and acting
- A high level of comprehension, especially in complex processes, and the ability to deal flexibly with changing work situations
As a project manager, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the standardisation of uniform IT services processes across all IT locations with a high degree of complexity.
