Global Service Development Engineer Co-Packing
Job location: Warszawa
YOUR ROLE

 

The purpose of this role is to provide direct support to the Global Contract Logistics teams in the achievement of new business wins targets as well as operational improvements and automations within Contract Packaging product.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Develop and rollout standard solution design tools linked with CEVA standards
  • Develop standard processes and quotations per product and industry
  • Be responsible for standard solutions of specific service
  • Lead or support Service Experts as well as regional/local SD and OPS teams with new opportunities
  • Collaborate with Business Development department to assure business growth targets
  • Develop and deliver internal training towards Service Experts/ BD/SE regional/local teams
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • University degree
  • 5 years in contract logistics with expertise in the field of solution designing
  • Solid understanding and experience of the Co-Packing services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience of working across different cultures
  • Demonstrated skills in manufacturing optimization processes
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing/ Continuous Improvement
  • Analytical skills, advanced excel capabilities and experience with layout designing tools are required
  • Fluent in English
