Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
  • Lead Collections process for the assigned business line and geographical area
  • Provide training and mentoring new starters as well as coaching existing team members to drive performance
  • Drive assigned projects and deliver outstanding results in agreed timelines
  • Drive escalation calls with partner stakeholders
  • Ensure weekly monthly collections targets are achieved, flagging possible problems early to the Collections Manager
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports in line with Client and Accenture s requirements
  • Ensure that the collections processes are followed and are in adherence with SOX policies
  • Proactive and innovative in generating ideas to improve processes and service delivery to the client
  • Attend Client meetings to discuss payment performance and addresses issues as required
  • Flexibility around working hours during client specified key periods month end
  • Maintain and update customer data and aging reports
  • Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by either Accenture or the Client related to the collections or dispute resolution process
WHAT DO WE EXPECT:
  • 3 year collections or accounts receivable experience in an international environment
  • Strong social skills both written and oral with very good telephone skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as in as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Ability to establish and maintain key relationships across both Accenture and the Client s organisations.
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Dispute resolution knowledge
  • Fluency in English and German
