Project Management Intern with English

As an intern you will get to work with a variety of our staff, while working on real projects that will help us grow.
- Support one of our Project Leads with day to day topics such as recruitment tracking, documentation cycle, training agenda
- Tracking Work with multiple reports which serves as a backbone to projects delivered on global scale
- Maintain documentation regarding roll out of our digital solution to the Africa region Support with search for digital assets in our digital asset management system
- Support the Project Lead with any ad hoc organizational tasks
- Active student status;
- Project management skills
- Organizational skills and attention to details
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Good English (spoken and written), C1
- Support of more experienced colleagues in case of more complex and difficult complaints and issues
- Civil contract, fixed term for 3 months
- Flexible working hours on civil contract, 30 hours per week are required on average each week as a minimum. After initial training some working hours will be possible on the weekends. During vacation season (if desired) working hours might get extended
