Responsibilities;
- Lead or support Business Digitalization & Technology projects
- Ensure close cooperation with dedicated internal and external project teams
- Ensure collaboration with all stakeholders involved during the design and development phases of products
- Produce technical specifications for development teams so that product features are fully understood and to ensure compliance with business priorities
- Prepare the deployment of solutions and train end users on new solutions
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of IT project management experience
- Staying in touch with latest innovations in IT and guest technology solutions, networking, TCP/IP and basic security knowledge/experience
- With knowledge of current Microsoft applications and operating systems, including Windows Server, desktop operating systems, Hyper-V, Active Directory and Office 365 and Azure is welcome
- Academic IT background will be an advantage
- Good communication skills, be able to tailor technical knowledge appropriately for the audience
- Awareness of and ability to adhere to specific standards and quality requirements
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Very good level of spoken and written English
- Very strong organizational skills, project approach and solution oriented
- Guest oriented and service minded, with attention to quality
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-confident and good interpersonal skills
- Operational experience in the hospitality industry is welcome
