• You ensure professional and smooth advice for corporate customers during the Christmas season
• You are the competent contact person for company inquiries about the gift cards and the online shop for corporate customers
• You prepare offers, answer written and telephone inquiries and are the first point of contact for complaints from corporate customers
• You deal with issues in a solution-oriented and customer-friendly manner
• You support the team with administrative work as required

• You speak fluent German and French and advise our customers throughout Switzerland (mail/telephone)
• Ideally, you have completed basic training in the commercial field
• You are a communicative person and like to be in written and telephone contact with customers
• You have the ability to adapt to the workload and keep calm and overview in hectic situations
• You have good IT skills with all common Office applications
