Our team develops a web application for project management based on Gantt charts. Our product is already appreciated by thousands of project managers around the world, including teams from Shell, GitHub, Wix, Amazon, Deloitte, Vodafone, SalesForce, and many other large and small businesses.

 

We’re looking for a responsible and outgoing Support Specialist. This position implies the ability to concentrate and handle stressful situations. You should also have a solid knowledge of the English and Russian languages. If you have a good command of Spanish as well, that will be a significant advantage.

Job description

  • Providing timely and accurate customer support via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Customer outreach for gathering their feedback.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues in close collaboration with a development team.

Requirements

  • Advanced English and Russian levels, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication in English & Russian.
  • Experience in business email correspondence.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work closely with our technical team.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Working experience that involved direct communication with customers in English and Russian.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish.
