Our company specializes in business process automation based on Odoo ERP and we are now looking for a Sales manager who will manage the Polish/EU market 

 

We are official Silver Odoo partners in the EU with unique and diverse experience in implementing Odoo system in companies of different domains (manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, retail, insurance, etc.) 

 

We are looking for a sales manager with the ability to identify new business opportunities that can accelerate the company's growth in a managing market

Sales Manager
Location: Warszawa
Job description:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive account strategy to develop new business and drive expansion growth across your territory  
  • Sell Odoo solutions  
  • Active search for new customers 
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key individuals within the accounts 
  • supporting a client from the first contact to the contract conclusion 
  • Give solution presentations across all levels of the customer organization 
  • preparation of commercial offers, invoices and acts
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and account management within the IT industry  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills  
  • English and Polish/Lithuanian 
  • Result oriented and have a hunger to ‘win’ the sale.  
  • Self-motivated, able to work without constant supervision.  
  • Team player

NICE TO HAVE: 

  • High-level understanding of business processes in companies 
  • Experience in sales or development of business process automation solutions (ERP, CRM)
