We are currently looking for candidates for the position:
Group Senior Internal Auditor
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the business process map and the work program for each audit
- Conducting the domestic / abroad audits in a combination of onsite and offsite procedures, based on the work program – interviews with managers and staff reviews of documentation, processes, IT systems, transactions processing, and performing test transactions
- Preparation of the appropriate documentation showing the extent of the audit procedures, a basis for the selection of tests performed and the results of the tests performed (Working Papers)
- Communication of the audit findings on the exit meetings to the management
- Writing audit reports and communication the results of audit to the management
- Monitoring corrective actions and communication with management
- Conducting yearly risk assessment with other auditors
- Recording and updating of audit results in Audit database
- Conducting approximately 7 – 9 audits / year (some of them in Poland), 3-5 of them outside of Poland. Audits are max 2 weeks, when abroad, staying over weekend there
Join us, if you have:
- Min 3 years on internal audit position, the best in the manufacturing or services providing company
- Degree from University of Economics
- Certificate (CIA) from the IIA, ACCA, CA or other are advantages
- Strong written / verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Strong feeling of responsibility for performed tasks
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-tasking
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to keep the strict deadlines
- Very good written and spoken English
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Driving license B
