We are looking for candidates for the position of:

Customer Service Professional - Ukrainian speaker
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

On this position you will be responsible for technical telephone and mail administrative/logistical support to Ukrainian speaking customers, support to users of global brand IT equipment.

We expect

  • Native/fluent Ukrainian and Russian
  • communicative Polish or English 
  • Cable Internet connection
  • Interest in the technical area is an asset
  • IT literacy (Windows, MS suite)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork-oriented
  • Basic customer experience
