• responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted by ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
• coordinates all Scrum meetings (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• facilitating product workshop onsite or online
• finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management
• managing project Jira
• responsible for project status communication

• at least 3 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
• excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team
• good knowledge of project management methods
• strong consulting and negotiation skills
• very good communication and writing skills in English&Polish – at least C1
• good Practice of using Jira
• Scrum Master certifications: PSMI, AGILE PM – MUST HAVE
• SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner – nice to have
