About the position:

Sales Assistant

Location: Warszawa

 

Job description

  • Support for IT Distribution sales team on IT components (Hard drives, SSD's, Memories, VGA, CPU's Intel/AMD,Monitors)

  • Contacts with customers by phone/mail

  • B2B offers updating - every day. Updating prices in the system, updating names of products in our offer.

  • Support with placing offers/orders

  • Checking backlog, delivery dates of products

Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience on similar position.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Experience or working in an office environment with strong administration skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  •  Ability to interpret data 
  • Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
  • Able to work to tight deadlines with the ability to prioritize work loads
  • Communicative english - intermediate english proficiency
  • Focus on the achievement of results,  good communication and analytical skills , a systematic approach to work
