CCIG is a unique organization in the contact center industry, created by professionals specialized in effective multi-channel business communication. Currently, for our client, one of the fastest growing airlines, we are looking for new employees for the position of:

Customer Service Agent with English and Russian
YOUR TASKS:
  • answering phone calls from customers,
  • supporting customers via e-mails,
  • customer service by the live-chat,
  • giving information about flight schedule,
  • informing passengers about flight changes,
  • providing support to the passengers of special needs,
  • answering the customers' inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • fluent knowledge of English and Russian (min B2 levels) or fluent knowledge of English and Polish (min B2 levels),
  • knowledge of Ukrainian will be an asset,
  • availability: 40 hours per week (infoline is working 24/7),
  • ability to work under time pressure,
  • maintaining good relations with clients,
  • communication skills, openness, accuracy.
