Customer Service Agent with English
YOUR TASKS:
  • Answering phone calls from customers,
  • Supporting customers via e-mails,
  • Informing about organized events, matches, available tickets,
  • Informing about restrictions during the events,
  • Answering to the customers inquiries,
  • Resolving the customers' problems.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language (minimum C1),
  • Readiness to work between 10.00 p.m. and 2.00 a.m.,
  • Understanding different English accents,
  • Very good pronunciation,
  • Maintaining good relations with clients,
  • Communicativeness, openness, conscientiousness.
