- Team lead for the IT Administration which includes Desktop Support, Hosted Systems, and Global / Local Network
- Ensure operational availability of IT Systems and generate regular management reports on the operations and activities of the IT Systems and team
- Administer and manage cloud hosting systems on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- Research, recommend, plan, then execute supportable, innovative, and elegant IT solutions and seek automated approaches for system administration
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, hosted server resources, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, updates, and patches
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions and support anti-virus, anti-spam and malware updates/fixes
- Provide and direct end-user support, monitoring, and training for company hardware and software including diagnostics, patching, troubleshooting, training, and hands-on support to company personnel
- Direct the setup, configuration, and deployment of computers, phones, tablets and other IT hardware to local end-users.
- Follow IT processes and procedure documentation for IT services, activities, and business processes consistent with industry best practices
- Participate in architecting and fostering a robust professional enterprise grade IT department
- Adhere to the highest level of ethical standards in all activities and follow all guidelines outlined in the MULTI PARTS Employee Handbook
- Complete assigned educational assignments including reading, projects, and examinations
- 5+ year experience as an IT Administrator working with enterprise grade systems
- Have obtained industry recognized training or certifications
- Hand-on experience configuring enterprise networks and cloud environments with either AWS or Azure
- Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting to perform task automation
- Solid knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- Have excellent cyber-security habits and problem solving skills
- Great leadership abilities with experience supervising a small team
- Confidently be able to perform training in groups, individuals, in person, and on-line
- Have excellent communication skills and able to communicate with users at all levels
