This is how you succeed
  • You plan and supervise the day-to-day business of the Professional Services department
  • You approve tenders with regard to the offer of adequate professional services and overall economic and technical sense of tender
  • You ensure continuous employee qualification in order to maintain high professional services standards
  • You lead and supervise Professional Services Team Leads
  • You support Sales and Marketing with their activities
  • You establish evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
  • You discover ways ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
  • You collaborate closely with other SER departments
  • You keep the management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
This is what you bring to SER
  • You have an academic degree in Computer Sciences or a comparable education
  • You have an understanding of ECM functions, implementation issues and functional requirements of the customer
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of ECM and one year as a project/technical/functional lead in an ECM project or relevant scope and size
  • You have an excellent knowledge of performance performance evaluation techniques, key metrics, data analysis, reporting and budget
  • You enjoy teamwork and communication – in English and Polish
  • You are willing to travel
