1st Level Service Desk Member / Coordinator wanted!

Location: Warsaw / Warsaw + remotely
Long-term work in an international environment
Possible shift work
Salary: up to 960 PLN net + VAT/ day, B2B

 

Requirements:
  • Service Management tool handling (ServiceNow)
  • Basic Azure understanding
  • Basic expertise in R programming / Python or Data Science code understanding
  • Basic knowledge of Azure Data Science VMs (DSVM)
  • English C1, German B2/C1
  • Strong communication skills
  • Multitasking and problem handling skills
  • Focus to details
Responsibilities:
  • Handling of tickets within defined Service levels
  • Providing high quality solutions to customers and users of Big Data Analytics Platform services
  • Enable a constant flow of new topics to be taken over by BDAP Service Desk
  • Encourage effective and efficient cooperation between all BDAP teams to serve customers and users in the best possible way
  • Ensure good relationship to other MR Service teams who interact with BDAP
  • Responsible for BDAPs (highly critical) authorization sheets (AACS)
