2nd line service desk specialist
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct user contact as much as possible (phone, teams chat, email, MR ServiceNow).
- Ensure complete and comprehensive documentation in the ticket, so that the Ticket can be picked up in the European time zone without personal handover.
- Focus on incident tickets and service requests to maximize user interaction and raise user experience.
- Handle tickets exactly as described in DevOps Operations role.
- Understand which ongoing tickets should be handled with priority during hand-over with the other time zone.
- In case all user tickets are taken care of, take over alert ticket and user tickets of other time zones.
- Actively engage in knowledge sharing with all team members.
- Actively drive improvement of knowledge articles and documentation.
- Raise any type of process improvement to team's attention and management.
- Dispatch incidents to correct 2nd level support outside or inside the own service organization.
- Escalate incidents and breaches to the Service Manager.
- Open problem tickets according to the defined process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience on similar role.
- Understanding of PowerShell.
- Deep understanding of relevant Azure components (and/or Alation, Databricks).
- Experience with Windows.
- Experience with Linux.
- English C1, German B2/C1.
Budget:
- 100 - 120zł/h + VAT on B2B
- equivalent on job contract
