Sun Investment Group is looking for an ambitious and experienced Global Head of Human Resources. As a leading person at the group of companies' level, you will shape SIG's HR strategy in Poland, Italy, Germany, Baltics, and other countries that we are willing to develop.

Key focus areas of the Global Head of Human Resources:

• Bringing best cultural and structural practices from the mature European organizations;
• Close cooperation with the Board Members and Country Managers to align HR strategy on a group of companies level and business needs with employee goals;
• Creation and implementation of the Job Evaluation strategy,
• Creation and implementation of the compensations and benefits (C&B) strategy,
• Shaping everyday procedures to achieve the best performance and lean structure,
• Developing and implementing Employee Retention and Motivation strategy,
• Implementation of advanced HR-related IT systems to have better insights into our organization,
• Supervising and supporting local HR Teams, Global Head of Recruitment in the related Countries of operations.

This role is for you, if you:

• Have a necessary and proven minimum 5+ years experience,
• Have a strategic business outlook and aren’t afraid of hands-on approach,
• Have already set up an HR functions from the scratch in your professional career,
• Worked in fast growing business focused companies with the leanflat structure,
• Ideally have been working for both: Young/Dynamic and Corporate companies,
• You are not afraid of traveling between our offices: Poland, Germany, Lithuania, and Italy.
