• Combining security, application development, and controls framework expertise to solve business issues
• Reducing risks and limiting exposure to liability and risk with regard to IT systems and applications
• Identifying gaps in the current security practices and develop recommendations for process improvements
• Performing security and risk assessments of new technologies or business processes to objectively provide guidance and recommendations from an Information Security best practice/regulatory standpoint
• Assisting sites with security incident response activities
• Monitoring IT compliance with legal, regulatory and cultural data privacy requirements
• Serving as the subject matter expert for Information Security
• Defining security controls for IOT devices
• Establishing a secure-from-the-start software development framework for web applications and embedded software development
• Managing multiple cyber security projects
• Other duties may be assigned as appropriate

• Educational background with Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or other related field of study
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Information Security
• Project management experience
• Ability to communicate business and technical resources.
• Readiness to travel up to 25% depending on initiatives and circumstances
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English and Polish skills (written and spoken)
