IT Project Manager
B2B: od 17 850 zł do 20 150 zł/miesiąc netto + VAT
UoP: 12 800 zł do 14 500 zł brutto/miesiąc
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining high quality deployment/migration plans, as well as cooperating with stakeholders to align on possible technical dependencies with different areas,
- Coordinating process with stakeholders to define instructions on how to perform specific activities during deployment or migration,
- Scheduling and rostering people,
- Driving co-existence analysis and alignments with relevant stakeholders to ensure that there are no co-existence risks related to CBP deployments
- Coordinating dress rehearsals on lower environments,
- Bridge the gap between Business and Delivery streams,
- Facilitating virtual war-rooms for problem-solving,
- Be part of the Command Centre during the execution of the code deployment/data migration,
- In addition, you will be supporting other preparation activities related to code deployment, offer and data migration events planned by the programme.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in IT or related disciplines
- Good analytical thinking
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility: able to work extra paid evenings and weekends for the implementation of events
- Ability to quickly adapt and respond to change
- Connection skills to team-up and work together
- Attention to detail and are ready to act when need arises
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Your experience and background include several/all of the following:
- IT Project management and planning skills, including hands experience in using cutover planning tools (5+ years)
- Understanding of technology solution architecture
- Knowledge of defect tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, Helix)
- Understanding of application and data migration projects
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Understanding of Agile methodology (knowledge about continues delivery pipeline and release on demand)
- Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of Docker, Ansible
- Basic knowledge of Big Data (Hadoop, MapR)
