Inżynier Wsparcia Technicznego / Technical Support Engineer
Location: mazowieckie / Warszawa
Job description
- after-sales service for customers including fixing and repairing broken devices, receiving incoming calls/emails from clients and remote assistance to customers in resolving reported issues.
- ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and maintaining high-quality support
- cooperation with other departments of the company in order to quickly provide technical solutions, and maintain a good atmosphere and communication in the team
Requirements
- preferred higher education
- experience in electronic product fixing and repairing, e.g. camera, laptop, mobile phone
- knowledge of the language English or Chinese for easy communication
- good manners, communicativeness and the ability to work in a team,
- ease in establishing relationships with the client

- hunting experience or adequate shooting practice
