Basic function of position

Principal duties include preparing budgets and maintain the allotments for Embassy’s agencies. Incumbent ensures accuracy of allotment accounting, reviewing, classifying, and posting of obligations and reconciles post records with accounting reports. Adjusts obligations and deobligates unliquidated funds. Prepares status of funds on a monthly basis or per request.

Requirements

Qualifications required

• University degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or management or related studies
• Four years of progressively responsible work experience in accounting, cashiering, vouchering or budget work
• Good English
• Fluent Polish
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
