Procurement Manager

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • 5 years of experience in handling humanitarian supply chain
  • Strong ERP roll out and management skills
  • At least Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to lead teams

Duties:

  • Perform Market Analyses by collecting, organizing and analyzing market data and financial reports
  • Develop procurement plans for active grants
  • Implement all procurement Standard
  • Operating Procedures
  • Lead the bidding proces
  • Prepare, review and utilize Procurement contracts
  • Conduct self-assessments of conformance to supply chain policies, procedures, controls, and performance
