Airline Customer Service Agent with the Spanish language
Responsibilities:
  • answering phone calls,
  • informing about available services,
  • resolving complaints,
  • answering customer inquiries,
  • supporting customers o every stage of their journey,
  • providing appropriate assistance for people with special needs,
  • representing the client in official correspondence.
Requirements:
  • ability to communicate in the Spanish language on B2 or higher level,
  • ability to communicate in English or Polish language (necessary to take part in the training),
  • ability to work in a team, responsibility, and independence,
  • availability at least 100h per month (the project is working between 9.00 – 18.00).
