• ensure that all required OCM activities are delivered in the most value optimized way, applying best fit methodology, Agile delivery methods and Organizational Change Management principles
• work closely with Program OCM team and Workstream leads and manage multiple stakeholders on all hierarchical levels
• analyse requirements and objectives, develop OCM plans and lead and manage execution accordingly
• lead and manage the adoption of the newly implemented solution by effectively applying Change Management Framework, processes and tools

• several years of experience and a proven record of successful Change Management projects applying structured OCM processes and methodologies - certification is a plus
• strong knowledge and experience in agile ways of working, methodologies and practices
• excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal skills to manage conflicting interests and changing priorities within a complex environment.
• excellent knowledge of Google suite, the knowledge to build and manage gSites and to use Google Currents effectively
• fluent English – at least C1
